Mary Roth, CPCU

MARY ROTH began her career in the insurance industry over 25 years ago.

Starting her career with the St. Paul companies, she gained experience in rating, underwriting and management. While employed at Nationwide, she gained valuable expertise as a Commercial Lines Agent.

Staff Training Programs was founded in 1999. Three major carriers approached her to conduct Pre-Licensing directly for them. Continuing Education/CE classes and Books evolved and have been added to the product offerings.

Her unique sense of humor and joy for teaching makes Staff Training Programs the place to attend for enriching CE.  Memorable stories combined with a vast technical expertise make her classes enjoyable, yet provide a good grasp of the knowledge presented.

Active in the insurance industry, Mary is a member of and has served as President for the Fort Worth Chapter of CPCU, is a member of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers as well as the National Association of Health Underwriters. She is also a member of the National Speakers Association, the American Business Women’s Association and Toastmaster’s International.

She is available to come to your office to do prelicensing training and continuing education and for Keynote speeches or seminars.

Ted Noble Beck, BBA Economics

Ted Beck is an insurance professional with studies in Scientific Methods of Risk Management from the Wharton School of Business, and is a proud graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio.  During training Ted shares decades of insurance experience including claims, production, administration, and underwriting.

His vast insurance experience includes duties as a Casualty Claims adjuster and supervisor, Commercial Underwriter, Casualty Facultative Reinsurance Underwriter, Vice President of a large insurance company, CEO of a Managing General Agency, and Owner of a Risk Management Consulting Firm.

Brenda Daniels, DTM

After 35 years in the Insurance Industry, Brenda Daniels further developed her strength and experience into another aspect of insurance.  Today she applies her talents towards the success of our students by sharing her knowledge and zest for a strong foundation in insurance.

Brenda combines her Passion for Insurance with a dedication to Personal and Professional Development Training from Toastmasters International by teaching in the growing field of insurance.  Brenda continues to develop her talents, and is proud she earned her Distinguished Toastmaster, DTM education level twice.  (1996, 2011)

Brenda is a Trainer at Leonard’s Insurance Training.  She teaches Continuing Education for Agents, as well as Pre-licensing for Life and Health Agents.  She would like to share her knowledge and contribute towards your success.
